We were thrilled when settle, a leading housing association, approached us to build a bespoke online engagement and public consultation platform. settle required a flexible and scalable system that would allow them to run a range of consultations for specific projects using a hub and spoke model, which would have a consistent look and feel across all sites, as well as easy content management.
Our customised solution, optimised for online engagement and featuring 3D exhibitions and feedback forms, was designed to match the settle brand and exceed their expectations. We built it using a ‘hub and spoke’ model, with each project site managed from one central location. This allowed settle to run a range of consultations for specific projects, all of which included 3D exhibitions and feedback forms within the site, providing a seamless and accessible experience for all participants.
Drawing on the expertise of our designers our developers built the platform to reflect settle’s brand, while also meeting W3C accessibility principles to ensure the site was fully accessible.
We custom coded the site to ensure that it met the specific needs of settle and its community members, optimising it for online engagement and public consultation. By avoiding off-the-shelf themes and plugins, we created a customised solution that provided a unique experience for settle’s community members, and that was fully optimised for SEO.
Once we’d built the online platform for settle we were further able to support them by by providing advice in relation to exhibition materials and by producing a set of exhibition boards for one of their community events.
