We were approached by Novus Tea, an award-winning tea manufacturer selling to hotels and retail outlets across the world, to redesign and develop an ecommerce website for their growing range of teas. The challenge was to create an online shop in multiple languages that would appeal to multi-national audiences, yet still maintain a unique and consistent overall brand message.

To reduce the burden of managing an online store, we focused our development work on allowing customers to create their own accounts, process orders and pay online.
